After a long day of moving into a new apartment, Caroline is seeking peace and quiet and is ready to venture off to dreamland. However peace and quiet are nowhere within her grasp. Only moans, groans, quakes and vibrations of mind blowing sex. Sounds great, right? The only problem for Caroline is that this is happening on the other side of her bedroom wall. Night after night, Caroline is greeted with the sounds of spanking, obnoxious laughter, meowing and of course, wall banging. When Caroline finally decides to confront her neighbor, who she and her friends have nicknamed "Wallbanger", tensions flare. These two then find out how small the world really is when they both discover that they have good friends in common. After a few snarky exchanges, these neighbors develop a friendship over movies and zuchini bread. However tensions do flare. Only this time it's sexual tension.
"Wallbanger" is hilarious! There were parts of this book that caused me to laugh out loud, for instance Simon's and his wall banging that caused pictures to fall off the wall and Carolina's nickname for his loud lovers. Even with all of the laughter and the comedy, "Wallbanger" is a romance novel and a very good one. You will love the story of Simon and Caroline, on their road from noisy neighbors to enemies to friends to lovers. "Wallbanger is MUST READ!"
